Develop and manage the IT budget, identifying cost optimisation opportunities while ensuring the effective allocation of resources to meet business needs.
Lead the companys digital transformation efforts, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for process improvement, automation, and enhancing customer experiences.
Lead the development of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines covering technology usage, data security, and system maintenance.
