Essential Functions:

Summary:
The successful candidate will be joining a highly competent team and she/he will require expertise in tissue culture and animal disease models (tumor and/or autoimmunity). Solid background in molecular biology techniques is highly recommended. Basic experience in using flow cytometry equipment (LSRII) will be taken in consideration. Proven experience in data analysis and power point presentation is required.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to a PhD scientist and she/he will be working with other RAs in highly interactive environment.
Strong animal handling experience and animal disease models (Autoimmunity and/or tumor models)
Strong experience in tissue culture (primary mouse & human cells and cell lines) and basic molecular biology techniques (cloning, transfections, RNAi, etc )
Basic knowledge of flow cytometry, data analysis/flow cytometry profiles and FloJo software -General computer expertise (Excel file, statistics, histograms) and data presentation are highly recommended
Experience and Required Skills:

We are looking for BS/MS with one or two years lab experience in academia or industry is required
Strong experience with animal handling experience and animal disease models (Autoimmunity and/or tumor models)
Solid experience in tissue culture (primary mouse &human cells and cell lines) and basic molecular biology techniques (cloning, transfections, etc )
Basic knowledge of flow cytometry, data analysis/flow cytometry profiles and FloJo software
General computer (Excel file, statistics, histograms) and data presentation are highly recommended
