Summary:
The successful candidate will be creating the antibody production cell lines using Regenerons state of the art mammalian expression technologies as well as developing new technology to further advance our expression platform.
Responsibilities:
The candidate should have strong background in cell and molecular biology and have good understanding of mammalian signaling pathways.
Experience in flow cytometry is desirable.
Good communication skills are essential.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Experience and Required Skills:
Requirements:
We are looking for a PhD with minimum of 2 years of postdoctoral experience in Tissue Culture, transfections, Westerns and Molecular cloning
Should have good communication skills
Presentation skills
Preferred:
FACS
Automation with liquid handling platforms (Hamilton)
Good writing skills and
Supervisory experience
