Required:
2
years experience in systems administration and hands-on desktop support. Experience of Linux/Ubuntu is a must. Experience with Desktop OS installation and maintenance required. Basic Microsoft Active Directory and Remote Desktop Services knowledge. Exposure with Microsoft Exchange Server, NAS & DAS systems, Firewalls (SonicWall), VPN, Symantec Backup Exec, Acronis Backup, Switching & Routing. Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity.
Duties:
Maintain and support Linux and Windows Servers, as well as network infrastructure. Set up Microsoft Active Directory (Group Policy) and Remote Desktop Server accounts. Corporate email account set up, password resets, and system backups. Develop, document and maintain operational processes and procedures. Basic hardware setup and maintenance for desktops and Servers. Monitor, maintain and support the performance and availability of the corporate Servers and network infrastructure at various sites. Maintain security by monitoring for malicious actions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with infrastructure and/or services provided by third parties.

Experience with Windows Server 2003, 2008/2008R2, 2012/2012R2. CompTIA A+/Storage
CompTIA Network+/Security
MCSA Windows 8/Server and/or MCTS Windows7/Vista Linux CertificationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
