Project Manager, Commercial Systems should have Project Management experience working on projects within typical Commercial areas of a pharmaceutical industry: Sales, Marketing, Trade Relations, Reimbursement, Managed Markets, Commercial systems and analytics, and Medical Affairs.
Requirements:
7-10 years progressive experience in Information Technology
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management with a focus on technology management and commercial systems
Experience working in a fast growing pharmaceutical company strongly preferred
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity
Sound business and technical acumen
Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally together with strong presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and toolsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
